# Available License

## Preamble

The Available License is designed to maximize the freedom of use and distribution of a project while ensuring that proper credit is given to the original developers. It operates on a simple principle: use is permitted as long as the terms below are respected.

## Terms and Conditions

### 1. General Use and Distribution
Normal use and distribution of the project are **not restricted** by this license, provided that all terms outlined in this document are fully complied with.

### 2. License Designation and Project Ownership
This license must be explicitly designated by the **Project Owner** as the "Available License." If the license field is filled in by a team member other than the Project Owner, or if the license is not explicitly specified, the project is **not protected** under this license.

In the absence of a designated Project Owner, the **Lead Programmer, Lead Designer, or Lead Planner** shall be considered the default owner of the project.

### 3. Use of Source Code
Any person who uses the source code provided by the project must obtain **permission from at least one member** of the development team. Furthermore, the user must explicitly state the following information in their own project:
*   The original project name.
*   The original development team.
* The specific version of the source code used.

### 4. Open Source Projects
If the project is released under an **open source** status, any third party using the project is permitted to **close the source** of their derivative work (i.e., they are not required to release their modifications under an open source license).

### 5. Closed Source / Available Projects
If the project is in a **closed source** state but is made available for use (without the release of source code), any third party using the project **must also keep their derivative work closed source**.

### 6. API Usage
If a third party utilizes any **API** provided by the project, they must explicitly credit the original project by stating the **original project name** and the **version** used. Crediting the original development team is **not mandatory** for API usage.

### 7. Translations and Localization
If a third party uses or creates a **translated name** (localized title) for the project, they **must obtain explicit permission** from the Project Owner. Misleading or incorrect translated names are strictly prohibited.

In the absence of a designated Project Owner, the **Lead Programmer, Lead Designer, or Lead Planner** shall be considered the default authority for granting permission.

### 8. Legal Jurisdiction
This license is subject to the restrictions of **local law**. Except where limited by applicable legislation, the "Available" status imposes **no further restrictions** beyond those stated in this document.
