1. Definitions
“Software” means the software code and any associated files provided by Verschillend.
“Redistribute” means to copy, publish, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, lend, share, or make available to any third party, including via the internet or any network service.

2. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, Verschillend grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use and run the Software for your own internal purposes.

3. Restrictions
You may not, and you agree not to permit any third party to: (a) copy the Software, except where such copying is strictly incidental to running it on your device as permitted by this Agreement;
(b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, in source or binary form;
(c) redistribute, publish, upload, host, or otherwise make available the Software or any portion of it, or any copies of it, or any binaries built from it;
(d) sublicense, transfer, or otherwise grant rights in the Software to any third party;
(e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Redistribution and modification are prohibited whether for free or for a fee, and whether or not your version includes changes.

4. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins on the date you first receive the Software and continues until terminated.
Any breach of this Agreement is a material breach. Your license terminates automatically upon breach. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

5. No Warranties
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verschillend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of The United States of America.
