Refactor weapon functions and add new mechanics

- Introduced dragon axe hit function to deal damage, ignite targets, and launch them upward with visual effects.
- Removed outdated dragon axe save and teleport functions.
- Added elder trident beam raycasting and chain hit functions with particle effects and damage mechanics.
- Implemented cooldown visuals for various weapons, including dragon axe, elder trident, warden sword, and wither mace.
- Updated holding functions to manage cooldowns and display remaining time.
- Created new predicates for holding the elder trident and using the wither mace.
- Added crafting recipes for the elder trident and updated the wither mace recipe to reflect new mechanics.
- Enhanced wither skull spawning and orbiting behavior for better gameplay experience.
