AquaReal Shaders

Changes requested:
- Rain is near-white/neutral gray rather than blue.
- Rain is less visually opaque so the scene remains readable during storms.
- Wet horizontal terrain gets a stronger, realistic reflective sheen during rain.
- Existing MakeUp SSR/material-gloss systems are used instead of a fake blue puddle overlay.
- 3060-focused quality settings are retained.

Important limitation:
The shader cannot increase Minecraft's actual weather-particle count; precipitation
geometry is supplied by Minecraft. This edit improves the rain's shading, contrast,
anti-aliasing context, and visibility. True physically simulated puddle geometry would
require additional terrain/material data and a more invasive rendering pipeline.

Original MakeUp license and attribution files are preserved.
