Radiator
Cooling!
<&multiblock>The Radiator performs radiative cooling of hot fluids and gasses, similar to the Cooling Tower but far more compact. It can be built both vertically and horizontally.

§lOperation§r
    - §lHot Fluids/Gasses§r are input on one end.
    - §lCooled Fluids/Gasses§r are output on the opposite end.
    - Can be formed vertically (1→7→9) or horizontally (9→1→7) by rotating the structure.
    - Efficiency depends on the temperature differential with the environment and nearby obstructions.
    - Works in vacuum (unlike the Cooling Tower) but is significantly less efficient.
    - A comparator against any exterior block outputs a signal proportional to how far along the current cycle is.
