MINER'S GARDEN v1.2 — Minecraft Java 26.2
================================================

Miner's Garden lets you grow ores as crops while keeping vanilla wheat growth mechanics.
The internal namespace remains `ore_crops` so the data pack stays compatible with the matching resource pack and with crops already planted in an existing world.

VERSION 1.2 FIX
---------------
- The technical wheat is now fully covered, including texture gaps and oblique viewing angles.
- Existing plants are automatically realigned when the data pack loads.
- No replanting is required when upgrading from v1.1.

VERSION 1.1 FIX
---------------
- A planted seed now always keeps the correct mineral type.
- The custom model uses full crop geometry to cover the wheat.
- After replacing version 1.0, run this command ONCE:
  /function ore_crops:repair/remove_legacy_crops
  This removes potentially corrupted legacy crops. Replant them afterward.

CONTENTS
--------
This archive contains the Miner's Garden data pack.
It is designed to be used with the matching Miner's Garden resource pack.

INSTALLATION
------------
1. Open Minecraft Java 26.2.
2. In the world list, select your world, choose Edit, then Open World Folder.
3. Place `Miners_Garden_v1.2_EN.zip` in the world's `datapacks` folder.
4. Place the matching Miner's Garden resource pack in `.minecraft/resourcepacks`.
5. Launch the world and enable the resource pack under Options > Resource Packs.
6. Run `/reload` if the world was already open.

CRAFTING MINERAL SEEDS
----------------------
Use this pattern in a crafting table:

P S P
S M S
P S P

- P: Bone Meal
- S: Wheat Seeds
- M: Coal, Copper Ingot, Iron Ingot, Gold Ingot, Redstone Dust, Lapis Lazuli,
     Nether Quartz, Diamond, Emerald, or Ancient Debris.

GROWING AND HARVESTING
----------------------
- Plant a mineral seed on farmland.
- The crop uses a real wheat block as its growth engine, so it follows the same growth speed,
  light requirements, hydration bonuses, random ticks, and Bone Meal behavior as wheat.
- Harvest it by breaking the mature crop.
- Every harvest returns one seed, with a 20% chance of receiving a second seed.

YIELDS
------
- Coal, copper, iron, gold, redstone, and lapis crops: 1 to 3 essences.
- Quartz crops: 1 to 2 essences.
- Diamond, emerald, and ancient debris crops: 1 essence, with a 25% chance of a second essence.

CONVERSIONS
-----------
- 4 Coal Essences -> 1 Coal
- 4 Copper Essences -> 1 Copper Ingot
- 4 Iron Essences -> 1 Iron Ingot
- 4 Gold Essences -> 1 Gold Ingot
- 4 Redstone Essences -> 4 Redstone Dust
- 4 Lapis Lazuli Essences -> 4 Lapis Lazuli
- 6 Quartz Essences -> 1 Nether Quartz
- 9 Diamond Essences -> 1 Diamond
- 9 Emerald Essences -> 1 Emerald
- 9 Ancient Debris Essences -> 1 Ancient Fragment
- 4 Ancient Fragments -> 1 Ancient Debris

USEFUL COMMANDS
---------------
- `/function ore_crops:give/all_seeds` gives one seed of every type for testing.
- `/function ore_crops:cleanup` removes all custom crop displays. The technical wheat blocks remain.
- `/function ore_crops:uninstall` removes the entities and scoreboard objectives before uninstalling the data pack.

VANILLA LIMITATIONS
-------------------
Mineral crops are wheat crops with a custom display placed over them. The system does not add new
block types and does not alter ordinary wheat. A mineral crop must be planted using its custom seed;
normal wheat seeds still produce normal wheat.
