Happy Ghast Haste 2.2.1 (Minecraft Java 26.2)

What it does:
- Haste increases a Happy Ghast's sustained flight speed while it is wearing a harness.

Levels (Roman numerals in-game):
- Haste I: ~ sprinting player speed
- Haste II: mid-point speed increase
- Haste III: ~ fastest-horse speed (~14 blocks/sec)

Applies to:
- Happy Ghast Harness only (effect only applies while the ghast is harnessed)

How to obtain:
- Enchanting and loot sources supported by the enchantment datapack system
- Nether Fortress chest loot includes Haste enchanted books
- Librarian trade pools include dedicated Haste I / II / III book trade blueprints
- Villager Trade Rebalance common-book pools can also roll Haste books

Trade tuning:
- Haste I has three level-2 librarian trade entries and is weighted to appear most often.
- Haste II has two level-3 librarian trade entries and appears at a middle rate.
- Haste III has one level-4 librarian trade entry and is the rarest dedicated trade.
- Prices are roughly 5-7 emeralds for Haste I, 11-13 for Haste II, and 21 emeralds for Haste III, plus a book.

26.2 compatibility update:
- Data pack format updated from 101.1 to 107.1.
- Updated Happy Ghast rider checks to Minecraft 26.2's new entity-predicate format.
- Existing enchantment attribute effect, Nether Fortress loot integration, enchantment tags, and villager trade blueprint format are otherwise retained.
- Fixed the librarian level tag files so the custom Haste trade blueprints are actually included in their intended trade pools.

Compatibility:
- Built for Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 (data pack version 107.1).

2.2.1 server hotfix:
- Removed deprecated supported_formats metadata.
- Uses required min_format/max_format arrays: [107, 1].
- Retains the 26.2 entity-predicate conversion for Happy Ghast rider checks.
