public class ArcaneTomeItem extends net.minecraft.world.item.Item implements ITierValue
An item that helps you to upgrade wands to new spell tiers. It has no use other than being a crafting ingredient in the wand upgrade system. The important thing is the possibility of saving the spell tier in the item itself or in the item's NBT. This allows for more flexible things (like having custom spell tier on server side and using it here without having to create a new item for each tier).
