This software, including its source code, compiled binaries, assets, and
documentation (the "Software"), is proprietary and is licensed, not sold.
By downloading, installing, running, or otherwise using the Software you
agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Ownership
   The Software is and remains the exclusive property of the Authors. All
   intellectual property rights in the Software are reserved by the Authors.
   No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

2. Grant of use
   The Authors grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   revocable license to download and run the Software as a Minecraft mod on
   your own client for the sole purpose of connecting to and playing on the
   Carmona server. No other use is permitted.

3. Restrictions
   You may NOT, in whole or in part:
   (a) copy, publish, mirror, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise
       redistribute the Software;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the
       source code of the compiled Software, except where such restriction
       is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
   (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
   (e) use the Software or any part of it in another project or product.

4. No open-source grant
   The availability of source code, if any, does not grant any of the rights
   restricted in Section 3. The Software is source-available at most, and is
   not open-source software.

5. Termination
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon
   termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
