5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Software is an unofficial, fan-made work. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or associated with Re-Logic, the Calamity Mod team, or Mojang
Studios. "Terraria" and "Minecraft" are the trademarks of their respective
owners.

The musical works distributed with the Software -- "Scourge of the Universe",
"Universal Collapse", and "Scourge of the Universe (Eulogy for the Ego)",
together with the intro segments of those same compositions -- were composed by
DM DOKURO for the Calamity Mod for Terraria. They are not the
Author's work, are not covered by any grant in this licence, and remain the
property of their composer. No permission is granted to extract, redistribute,
or otherwise use those works separately from the Software. Any right to use them
must be sought from their rights holder.

The assets used within the Software, specifically "devourer_head", "devourer_segment",
"devourer_tail", and "cosmic_worm" are composed by SCOURGE NERDS organization,
for the MC Calamity addon for Minecraft. Licensed under CC BY 4.0, thus
permitted for use for this project.

Libraries on which the Software depends are governed by their own licences.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
SOFTWARE.
